EE Spotlight on Jessica Erlbaum
We feel grateful and honored to have such an incredible Emily’s Entourage Board of Directors and we want you to get to know the wonderful members too! In an effort to introduce you to the Board, we’re excited to launch a new blog feature called “The EE Board Spotlight Series,” which highlights a different board member every few weeks.
The goal of the “Spotlight Series” is to provide the random, funny, interesting and revealing information that you just don’t find in a formal bio paragraph. So, without further adieu, we present to you the inaugural entry of the “Spotlight Series.”

Something most people don’t know about me is:
When I cook for Shabbos, I multiply recipes so I can freeze for other weeks, but I usually go overboard – does anyone know the mathematical word for 15-izing?
My favorite gift ever: my children
My first job was as: a camp counselor
My favorite/dream vacation destination is: Israel
My favorite food is: chocolate, hands down
If I was stuck on a deserted island with only one item, it would be: my iphone with all the apps
My role model is: Yosef (Joseph) from the Torah
My best friend would use the following 5 words to describe me:
- Practical
- Hardworking
- Giving

- Down to earth
At EE, I work on the: Jewish committee
My connection to Emily’s Entourage is:
When I was a senior in high school, for my senior project I volunteered at St. Christopher’s Hospital with kids with Cystic Fibrosis and specifically, I was a babysitter/helper for Emily and her family. They all made such a positive, beautiful impression on me that after all these years, I am still inspired and connected to them.
My connection to Cystic Fibrosis is: Emily, her family and the Ashkenazic Jewish family
The most rewarding part of Emily’s Entourage is:
The inspiration I gain from being around the Kramer-Golinkoff family and the unbelievably devoted board. What a bright, talented, committed team!
