This role focuses on database administration, data integrity, reporting, and analytics, enabling informed decision-making across Development, Programs, Research, Marketing and Communications, and Operations.<\/span><\/p>\n The position may report to the Director of Development or Chief of Staff, with a dotted line to the other, reflecting its cross-functional impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, system building, and analyzing and translating data into actionable insights, with opportunities to grow into broader analytics and evaluation responsibilities over time.<\/span><\/p>\n As the central steward of organizational data, this position requires excellent judgement, strong instincts about data governance, the ability to think strategically and cross-functionally, and a commitment to data security.
