Der Empf\u00e4nger wird aufgrund seiner akademischen Leistungen, seines sozialen Engagements und seiner k\u00fcnstlerischen Begabung sowie durch eine \u00f6ffentliche Abstimmung ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen des CFCareForward-Programms werden aus Hunderten von Kandidaten mit Mukoviszidose 40 Finalisten ausgew\u00e4hlt, von denen jeder ein $2.500-Stipendium erh\u00e4lt. Von den Finalisten werden ein Student und ein Doktorand als Empf\u00e4nger der $19.000 Thriving Undergraduate and Graduate Student Stipendien ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<p>Emily befindet sich derzeit im letzten Jahr ihres Master of Bioethics-Studiums an der University of Pennsylvania.
